Jasmine

Jasmine Zyzniewski is a Registered Psychologist with over 5 years of experience in the areas of mental health, forensic psychology, trauma, and addiction. Jasmine loves being in nature, curling up with a good book, and diving into new experiences. She can often be found searching for her next adventure, while spending time with her partner, family, and friends. Jasmine has experience working with individuals, groups, providing assessment services and presenting. She enjoys walking alongside clients to address concerns related to self-esteem, mood, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and addictions. Jasmine is passionate about challenging the stigma surrounding mental health and wellness.

 

Jasmine takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, aiming to meet each client where they are at with empathy, respect, and curiosity. Her focus is on creating a safe, supportive space, where clients can feel seen and heard as they work through life’s challenges and explore life’s possibilities. Jasmine works from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective and strives to empower her clients to build self-awareness, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion. She offers psychotherapy in-office, online, over the telephone, and outdoors, on the move. She enjoys humor and deeply values building a strong therapeutic relationship with the people she works with.

Jasmine utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy modalities.
